PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS:

What are TRANSACTION IDs:
We track your registration by the Transaction ID generated from Paypal.  Necronomicon will send an official HTML email to you with a PayPal Transaction ID of your ticket purchase as well as the items and cost. Please make absolutely sure that you print out the aforementioned official Necronomicon 2024 receipt we send to you (make sure it has the Transaction ID on it) and then present it at registration at Necronomicon to claim your Pass(s).  You MUST have the receipt with you to claim your tickets!

I did not get my Transaction ID in an email! What do I do?
We keep track of your ticket purchases so that if through some unfortunate circumstance you do happen to lose your email, all you have to do is log in, and go to My Tickets, select the one you purchased and then simply print it out again. You'll never have to worry about not having your Transaction ID again and our registration department at the convention won't have to worry about turning someone away because they didn't have it when they came to the convention.

I purchased multiple passes. How do I pick them up?
If you have purchased multiple passes, please pick all of them up at once at registration when you go to the convention.  You are responsible for distributing them to your group (we will not give them out separately).

I purchased a pass for someone else (child, friend, interdimesional tourist). Will they be able to pick it up without me being there?:
If you have bought a ticket for someone else (child, friend) using PayPal, the name of the purchaser will show up in our database. As long as the person picking up the pass has the Transaction ID with them, they will be able to pick up their pass without the purchaser being present.
PAYMENT:

We ONLY accept pre-registration payments by PayPal.  We DO NOT accept any mail in payments! Please don't try!
The payment methods for registering at Necronomicon 2024 at the door will be: cash, money order or cashiers check.
REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY

NOTE: We DO NOT offer refunds. If you can't attend Necronomicon after you've pre-registered you may transfer your registration to another person. Simply have both parties sign the receipt and bring it along with valid identification to the registration booth. PLEASE NOTE: Necronomicon 2024 weekend registration covers all three days, panels, workshops, events, performances, contests, and a host of other activities. The single day registration only covers activities on that day.

NOTE: Things and events that are NOT covered in your registration fee and will be a separate charge in:
  • Video Game Competitions
  • Certain Autographs (at the sole discretion of the autographer).
  • Other Events: to be named later
CHILDREN:

Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:

Necronomicon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Anyone creating a nuisance or disturbance shall be asked to leave without refund. We enforce this policy to ensure a professional environment for our patrons.
